Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogs, and click on any items that you want to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you've finished your selection, click on "Checkout" button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Western Union and Paypal. Credit card purchases are verified for your protection. If your order requires shipping to an address other than the billing address, it will require additional verification which may cause a delay in processing. In any case, we can only ship to a VERIFIED address. We guarantee your order's privacy and security over the web, with all transactions utilizing an SSL secure server connection. Verisign, Inc., provides our Secure Server Certificate through Dominion Enterprises. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.

We process your order right away and we order from the factories and distributors everday. It takes anywhere between two and five days to get your merchandise. Once it arrives at our location, we ship it out the same day usually via Fedex unless requested otherwise. Once it ships from our location you will be emailed a tracking number automatically. We can not ship large boxes to P.O. boxes. Average delivery time is 7-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental United States. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska and all international orders.

Shipments may be shorted because of a Back Order. All Back Order releases from the factory will be filled on a "first order in, first order out" basis. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be notified via Email in 4-5 days if your item is back orded. You will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

All merchandise returned must have a Return Authorization. Any package sent to MRcycles.com without an RA Number on the outside of the package will be refused and returned freight collect.

Any merchandise returned must be unopened, never installed and in it's original packaging with all instructions, tags and labels.

All returns are subject to a restock processing and handling fee.

All international orders require a custom shipping quote. You will receive an accurate shipping estimate within 2 business days after you submit your order - this includes CANADA.

You will not be charged when you "submit" your order until we have contacted you and made any necessary adjustments. International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. You must contact your local Department of Commerce for any duty and taxes that may be added. Also, the only forms of payment we can accept for international orders right now are Western Union Wire Transfers and Paypal .

We love our heroes in the military and we gladly ship APO & FPO via USPS.

Stated shipping charges do not apply to orders over 20lbs, oversized packages, hazardous material, international shipments, or shipments to Alaska & Hawaii. Such orders will be informed of any additional charges before the order is shipped.
